• What 3D printing technology is used?
FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing is offered — an affordable and reliable technology suitable for a wide range of applications.
• What is FDM 3D printing?
FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) is a process in which the printer heats and extrudes thermoplastic filament onto a heated bed, building the object layer by layer according to the provided 3D model.
• What materials are available for 3D printing?
The workshop is equipped with printers compatible with 1.75 mm filament. The following materials are available for 3D printing:

Plastic components are produced using an extruder, which melts filament and deposits it through a calibrated nozzle. Nozzle diameters range from 0.25 mm to 0.8 mm, with 0.4 mm being the most commonly used.
The maximum build volume for a single print is 36 × 36 × 36 cm (width × depth × height).
For parts exceeding these dimensions, printing in multiple sections followed by assembly is possible. Post-processing such as sanding and surface finishing (including painting, if necessary) may be applied to achieve the desired final result.

Multi-color 3D printing is supported, with up to 5 colors printable in a single part.
It is also possible to combine different filament materials, provided they are compatible for simultaneous use.
